Most Youtube channels only celebrate their subscriber base when they hit a Play Button Number (100K, 1M, 10M), or hit some arbitrary number with some odd significance, such as their birthday, a holiday, or their ex-girlfriend's cat's day of adoption. On this channel, the rewards are more planned.

The Quarterly Rewards System is based on the next multiple of 10 Subs to be reached. For example, the first multiple is 100, meaning the rewards would be at 25, 50, and 75 subs, with a large reward at 100. The system would then continue, this time with rewards at 250, 500, and 750, with a large reward at 1000 subs.

The reward will usually be bonus content, and it will almost always be voted on by the fans.
